Hi all, my holidays are almost here!

I'm almost done studying for Med Soc on Tuesday. Happy! On Monday, I'm gonna be studying with Cher and her friends so I hope everything gets in.

Went to Chinatown bright and early today to help my mum set up her stall at some heritge place. Left around 2plus to look for Sam and Jac. Gave them as much Chinese advice as I could muster (Which isn't very much).

I'm glad I can still read some Chinese even after completing leaving it out of my life for about half a year!

Anyway, we went to Starbucks and somehow, I couldn't connect to the internet so we camwhored instead. Image heavy!




































































You know I only uploaded so many because the image quality is low and uploading is a breeze. Like uploading all these takes me 1010413423 seconds faster than when I upload photos from my cam!

When pictures upload fast, I will post them like crazy! Hahahah. So very Happy today!

After leaving the twins, I contemplated going home but then decided to go look for my mum again - and my dad picked us up and we went to Sentosa to fetch some tourists back to their hotel.

My dad's doing some tourguide thing now! HAHA and it's super fun, cos we get to go to tourist attractions that we usually won't go to.

You know how Sentosa has this Songs of the Sea thing every night? Someday I want to watch it. Hahahah. Although the fireworks are lame compared to the ones I saw in Hong Kong Disneyland in Sec 3.

I kept piping in about global warming to my mum and dad who both conveniently ignored me.

Plus, Siwon looks really cute here. And I only just realised how cute Kyu is when he dances.

That perf was yesterday's! Like 30th May 09. So I am still considered quite updated right! Hahah.

I've always thought Hannah Montana was ditzy and just well...bimbotic.

But you know, in the official Hannah Montana movie, her two different characters Miley Stewart and her alter ego Hannah Montana (The blonde and the brunette!) do bring a lot of meaning to life, and how in the midst of everything, you still find yourself being grounded in the end of it all.

I'm hungry now. Or at least, I think I am hungry la! Hahaha. I think eating (Just because I am greedy like that) is a huge sin for people who do not want to look like a lump of lard.

But I wouldn't give up anything to NOT shove something yummy in mouth and chew.


So, was planning to meet Cher in the afternoon at 1.30PM today, but at 1PM, I had this feeling she was still sleeping so I called her - and yes, SHE WAS. If I didn't call her, we would probably be meeting at like...3plus or something. And that would totally corrupt our studying plans!

Headed to Vivo's Subway, then to Harbourfront Centre's Macs.

Also, at one point of time, I was webcamming with Stef and Jean, and stupid Cher kept telling me off for laughing and smiling at my screen! And then I told Stef and Jean that I was with a friend and then swung my laptop around to show them and Cher and Jean immediately covered their faces!











Kt came to look for us in the evening, then Cher met her friend Mei Yan, and we all went to watch some Hip Hop street festival thing at Vivo's Sky Park. Not bad, since I really thought we were going to watch the traditional and very Artsy type of thing.

Oh, and we saw Alex! Missed his Fuyo performance though.

Went to shop around some of my favourite stores but there was nothing nice, although there were sales everywhere. And Kt sent me home today cos he..............slept too much in the day and was not tired HAHAHAAH.



I'm currently pissed because I am trying to download stuff from Clubbox onto the lappie so I can transfer them to my iPod and have entertainment on the bus on Monday - but nothing is happening.

Also, I've got programmes that don't seem to work. -.-


Think I'm gonna try again tomorrow. And I still have to remind myself to do the GDF tutorial work I haven't completed when I get home from studying with HX and gang. I'm not gonna lug the sketchbook there!

Y'know, I just realised while I was talking to Farah today, that after next week, it's exam week - then holidays!

I'm ha-ha-happy. But yeah, I sincerely hope that next term's timetable is gonna be a good one. I doubt I can breeze through 3 years of Poly having a really good timetable but at least until I'm really settled - it should be best to just have really nice, flexi timetables.

Anyway, after school today I went for dinner with a few peeps. Bryan joined us cos he was free and Christel ditched us to go home :(


We took a lot of stupid pictures, but here's a decent one.



Everything else is with Toh - he has a friggin clear webcam while mine is sucky!


OH and today during Med Soc tut, Mr Ethan Guo totally just popped by and passed the class a box of cookies. How nice can he get! He's such a sweet teacher.

Anw, Med Soc proposal and marketing journals are done. Hopefully, I get approved for the first and the latter is marked with a grade that is easy on the eye.

Next up, Journalism homework, and lots of studying over the weekend!


I swear I will print out my lecture notes to study because studying off my laptop is very inefficient. It takes a lot of dedication to not Facebook/blog-hop/shop online.


And oh I got back my Journalism Group Project grade and Med Soc pop quiz. My work was the one that was graded for journalism, and I got a C+. But that's okay, since we totally screwed up the story portion.

Toh told me no one in his class got a B, so I reckon '04 is doing pretty all right. Scraped past Med Soc with a 12/20. Yes, I am going to start studying properly.

OK, I'm going to go enjoy my weekend & have fun at the same time. Meeting Cher later to study, and HX and gang on Sun for the same purpose. Hope I get really smart in these two days. 8)

2 Months, to 2 Years. How did we stand each other till this far? Heh. But nonetheless, thank you for everything and everything to come.




This time last year, I was worrying for my Chinese O's.

So, I just want to wish the Sec 4s all the best. Get A1s! It's not hard (But I am apparently not capable of it) so I'm sure you guys can do it.

I'm proud of my C6 to B3 jump though. That was already amazing to me. If I had really gotten an A1 I think I wouldn't be in one piece right now.

Don't retake it like me though. Just take it once, do it properly, and get it over and done with.



Anyhoo,

GDF presentation today. I think so many people did really well, so I Hope I can at least get...a B. I know GDF and Ess Gra are actually somewhat connected because of us having to use the software for our designing but I'm so bad at it! Plus, i just got the news today that there's an ess gra test next week oh yeah.

Please let good grades drop from the sky.

I've got 3 deadlines this week, 1 for tomorrow and 2 on Friday. And there's possibly gonna be a make up lecture for the Med Soc tut that we missed last week. Oh no.

Ok, that aside. I've been really busy the past few days rushing out my journals and finishing up my logo. Finally got it printed on Monday! And this is how it looks like:



It's supposed to be a modified version of the current one which is kind of uglyz. Not that mind is very nice but I am proud of it no matter how many times my brother laughs at it ok!

Met Kt after school to go pay his SIM fees and then to slack around Plaza before his dance lesson. I'm so glad he finally has a confirmed education plan up ahead for him (Although it's in friggin July!) since he has been holidaying the longest out of all of us.

I feel as though my boyfriend is just there 24/7 to accompany me when I'm free yknow. That might not be a bad thing to most girls but I guess you want your boyfriend to have a life too right?

Of course, one that includes you.



Anyway,

I was so excited to surf the net with him but Macs failed me totally so we had to go to Starbucks. I was so annoyed because everyone else at Macs could conect properly except me -.-







While we were still at Macs desperately trying to get the connection working.













Anyway, I'm getting used to the fact that there's school, but I still miss the old peeps like crazy. I guess, it takes more than time to adapt to the new people you meet and the new friends you have. Especially when everyone is so different. It's just really, really hard.

I guess life now is pretty stable, with no major screw ups, but I can't help thinking that it could be better. It could get better. It has to get better.
