[ENG SUB SHINee] Onew thoughts after getting last ^^;;;;;;;

HAHAHAHHAHA ONEW Y U SO FUNNY.
Happy kid when all his other members are busy werking it and giving it their all during Idol Sports Day...sigh.

@ 5:08 PM
My mum has been constantly excited of late when it comes to uploading new stuff onto her Facebook. It is fairly amusing to see your parent behave like a kid in a candy store although it does get annoying when I am trying to do really important stuff online. Like yknow, read Omona or something. HAHA.
Still, I can see the wistful look in her eyes when she looks back at her wedding photos. 30 years have passed, she says. And man, I think, "30 years is a long, long time."
Sure, 30 years is a long time.
But what makes me glad is that they are still together. Granted they aren't a young couple anymore but at least what binds them together is the long road they've come down together. And of course, their children.
People these days break up and get attached again so quickly, that I often find myself questioning the supposed love between us. Is it real? Have we been shaped by a culture and trend around us to behave the way we are? How is it everything feels so superficial these days?
Many times I wonder if we don't think enough. We don't consider the future enough. We often cry without exactly knowing why at all. Maybe if we step out into the big picture and look back on what we feel is horrible, we realise that they genuinely don't mean a thing at all. Why? Because good things fall apart so that better things can fall into place.
I will always have faith.
Welcome 2.2 + other things
Sunday, October 24, 2010 @ 9:50 AM
3 Things I look forward to this semester:
1. Cher Cher Cher is back in Tp ♥
2. Cheap Tp food
3. Keith Goh & Deanna Gan in my class
3 Things I do not look forward to this semster:
1. Desperately trying to study and do well
2. Spending a lot of money even though I am in school
3. 9am classes
This holiday has definitely not be wasted though. I spent much of the first half working my ass off at Sistic, managed to see Hangeng, JYJ and then attended Kpop night, got a permanent job as a tutor,
What I AM happy about right now is that I still have a job, I am meeting my favourite boys tomorrow and I get to sleep in (a little).
Anyway, crazily overdued pics from geylang 126 dimsum with Cher. Bad day for a manicure cos I ruined mine 5 minutes after and my poor nails underwent a lot of abuse over the next two weeks at TNS! Hahaha.
Hers
Mine !
I realised we only took ONE dish that came. HAHAHAAHA. Wayyyy too hungry. We took over an hour just to get to the place. I remember sitting at the bus stop for like 20 minutes before we realised there was no bus service on that day zz.
Anyway Cher, the dimsum is REALLY GOOD. I know you are waiting to hear this.
And 2 weeks later, Kpop night!! Met Cher to borrow her camera and then Mich to go to the concert together.
Not posting any pictures of artistes just yet cos Kpop night truly deserves its own post. But anyway, the night was fantastic. Mad props to all the artistes but Big Bang was truly the star of the night. They were sooooooooooooooo good! Taemin covering Jonghyun's high notes were another highlight for me. And most def, seeing Onew in the flesh again hehe.
And it's official. SNSD are hot and skinny and everyone loves them!
Still, I can't get over how SG Kpop fans are horrendous in concert ettiquette..everyone standing on chairs and blocking the views of everyone behind, resulting in a chain reaction, is NOT cool at all.
Hopefully one day I can fly out of here and watch a concert someplace else.
Happy Kpop fangirl forever. I don't care what anyone says!
But before I end!!!
Hehe I love you Lee Jinki.
KPOP NIGHT HELLO EVERYONE.
Saturday, October 23, 2010 @ 2:37 AM
NOTHING MUCH TO SAY EXCEPT KPOP NIGHT IS TOMORROW AND IT IS GONNA BE EPICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC.
My life is complete after tomorrow! Teehee. Can't wait to listen to SHINee (Even without Jjong I will still appreciate their awesomeness!) live. Can't wait to hear Hongki's powerhouse vocals. Can't wait for BIG BANG! SNSD! FT Island!
Will spazz with Stef and Mich and Deanna and Jac and anyone I turn to hehehehe tomorrow heheh.
--
Anyway, TNS has officially come to an end except for the assignments we still have to complete. :( And my mouse is with Geraint so I feel so awkward right now without it.
It was a fantastic two weeks with all the people I've met and also the CMM gang. It's really heartening doing stuff for each other and working really hard into the night just for that satisfying grade. Will never forget singing along to Charice and watching Hongkong girl's epic vids in Engine school at 4am with Jean. Kudos to us, Jean! And yay for being classmates next sem.
So we kept the TNS spirit and met up for dinner after going home to put down our stuff - at Chomps!
Will blog about everything soon but here's a picture to end today. ^^
P/S I keep injuring my laptop I feel so uhguhguhuhughg.
Blogging today because I can!
Monday, October 18, 2010 @ 1:52 AM
Blogging at rapid speed and praying I can sleep by...2.30am?
So the first week of TNS has finished and tomorrow I'm gonna go back to Temasek Green to start my second. HOW FAST IS THAT. Plus, school starts right after next week. :( My weekend was good though, went with Deanna to catch JYJ at Expo. The queue was friggin scary. There were at least 14124134 people in front of me. No kidding.
Didn't take any shots of the trio but screamed along with everyone when they sang and danced. Sigh Junsu's voice is perfect. It really is. Jae is so handsome and Yoochun was pure amazing. At the end of everything he shouted 'Always keep the faith!' to the audience and everyone went wild.
Gives me hope that one day all 5 of them would appear together again <3
Took a photo of the lightsticks in the area.
It's pretty touching. I always see pictures of fans in other countries waving their lightsticks during concerts and finally I get to see Singaporean fans unite! Can't wait for Kpop nighttttttttttt!
Anyway, I've met a bunch of really great people over the week! Blogging now before everything slips my mind when things get tough next week.
So it's basically been much of a whirlwind and the week passed faster than I thought. Nights of endless living room madness, camwhoring, cooking..
Random divulge of photos over the week! Mostly photobooth pics because the ones from Jean's DSLR are in a massive amount...
The CMM peeps!
Keith came over to visit! Nava did too. And thank you so much for the gifts from Japan, Keith!
And HAHAH our partying piccys.
Bwahahahha MelllllllllL's epic face!
And some new friends I've made over the week.
Haha some of the loudest and most energetic girls I've ever met. Candy and Peiyun! They are awesome flatmates and groupmates.
Handsome boi Elgin.
Kpop fan Jo Ann and water polo boy Thane.
And a whole lot of otherssssss. It was entertaining watching them gamble every night even if it meant sleeping at 4am everydayand getting up at 8am (ok next week no more i swear) to trudge to class half dead. Yknow I am someone who can't sleep in weird places and yet in TNS I can barely wake up in the morning so that's how bad it is.
Looking forward to another week with them although it's cramming week. Plus I have a 30% test tomorrow what am I doing with my life...
Have a good week all, enjoy the last of your hols!

The past 2 days without properly using my computer has officially made me feel disconnected from the world - although that isn't completely true since I've been checking updates on my iPhone as usual. But then - there IS a difference! Plus, I've been rewatching Cinderella Man on DVD. AND I hardly watch TV, so when I do, I really feel wholely seperated from the world. P/S I am deeply in love with Song Chang Eui he is so cuteeeeeeee.
So it's just 2 hours into Sunday morning and tomorrow I'll be off to TP for 2 weeks, then it's Kpop night & then a new semester starts again. This time I'll be ever more serious about my work. I WILL improve and stop spending and eating like a whale.
So my vacation class is pretty much alright, the people are really friendly and they all seem like a great bunch. :) And everyone's almost friends with everyone and we plan to have a party next week so hopefully it all turns out fantastic! Still there's already a reflection to hand up on Monday which I have no idea how I am gonna finish because I am gonna be out all day tomorrow...meeting one of my most favourite people in the world after helping my mum out the FFFF flea ^^
And I am really glad that everyday she becomes an even stronger person. I know nothing will faze her anymore and the people who turned their backs on her will pay for it when karma hits them one day.
Gonna lug a ton of new and preloved clothes to sell tomorrow!
See you at the Singapore Art Gallery! ^^
Did you know you used to be my hero?
Friday, October 08, 2010 @ 1:51 AM
I have just come to the sad realisation that my holidays are gonna end after TNS...
It's official. I'm gonna do up a schedule of things that I want done even during the TNS period so I can feel like I am extending my hols. I'll get out of school at every opportunity I can and something worthwhile. Tuition excluded hahaha.
I try consoling myself with the fact that I always just dread school horribly before it actually begins, and when it does it isn't always so bad, but why does this time round feel somewhat harder? I should really stop thinking like a kid anymore. Plus, I got my semesteral results back awhile ago and although I am still doing alright, I realise how much I want to progress on after poly and at the rate I am going it doesn't seem possible. I know some people are contented with doing what they can but I constantly feel the need to push myself. For once, I really hope that I am able to get somewhere solely using my brains. Where has my motivation gone?
Ok happy thoughts happy thoughts. I'm gonna meet Cher for dimsum and hopefully a mani on Sun! How much do I need that? TONS. Right before I cheeck into TP jail like she likes to say zz. Don't know how glad I am to have her in TP next sem <3
Anyway, today I went over to the twins' and I visited Bobby! HE IS SO CUTE.
Sigh I really wish I had a pet. Bobby's well groomed and handsome hehe.
--
And this really made my day (night?).
I love you Onew ^^
And recently I was looking through all my pictures and I realise there really is a huge difference when I am with my glasses and when I am without.
Looking at pictures never fails to stir up memories. Sometimes I feel like they were so long ago that it is surprising I still have feelings attached to those times. Cause I've always believed time will afterall, wipe out not memories, but the exact feeling you had at that point of time. But well, some things are precious. ;)
Gonna turn in for the night. Have a good weekend all and wish me luck x.

Sigh the ending part really made my day. I think Key and Onew were the best. Especially Onew but I'm biased like that omggg.
All of them are so cute! And doesn't the music from the start and end totally sound like the one from the animated movie Up??
--
Ok that aside, went for my first briefing today on TNS (Transnational Studies @ TP for 2 weeks!) and it doesn't seem so bad. Looking forward to the online shopping, food and glorious exercising and night talks with Jean and the others.
And I've been spending like crazyyy so I hope the 2 weeks in TP will tame me. Looks like there isn't gonna be any shopping for me this holiday. :( And no nice food but that means less yummy but unnecessary carbs going into my body right? And I will attempt to dilligently cook most of my meals and eat healthily really. Maybe just 1 pizza party or something. Hehe.
How can I be hungry so fast so fasttttttttt? :( Cos I am now.
Anyway, pictures from my Teo Heng session with Cher. I DID NOT EVEN SING A SINGLE ENGLISH SONG. And people say I am whaaaaaat?
Ella is right beside her LOL.
And here's a pic from when I was working with Mel and SL for F1.
Barely slept the night before LOOK AT MY EYEBAGSSSS. Glad all that mayhem is over - still it was fun while it lasted!
Ahyway, Oct and Nov are gonna be the most epic days of this year for me. Can't waittt.
Live Love Loss
Saturday, October 02, 2010 @ 3:18 AM
I realised that I hardly connect any real feelings to this space anymore, when once upon a time I would invest a whole lot of time every night simply listening to the insistant tapping of my fingers on my keyboard as I churned out long pages-worthy entries here of my feelings of everyday life and random musings and thoughts. Where did that imagination and faith go?
These days I realise I have more or less mastered the art of keeping myself busy and spending my moments alone blocking out everything with a few repetitive yet thereupatic songs. And sleep. As much of it as I can get. I like this feeling, the feeling of going back to my roots and adjusting with myself. It's like taking a long walk to the top of a hill and looking down at the world below or lying on your back looking at the clouds above. It's allowing yourself to be one with yourself and knowing who exactly you are.
Recently I have also started talking to someone and trying to help her feel a bit more optimistic about things, because I know exactly how she feels. It's funny how I acknowledge that at one point of time I was in her shoes - and in fact, am still trying to figure myself out. But I don't feel much anymore, if that is a good thing for now.
Life was broken down fundamentally into just eating, breathing and sleeping not too long ago, but I'm slowly injecting everything else back in. Can't stay a closet hermit forever.
Wondering how LH and CA are doing in their respective places. Can't wait for them to come back to Singaland ASAP. Miss you guys x.
P/S Love is never allowing yourself to hurt the someone you care most about.

Cos I'm basically like, a Rockstar?
Hi all,
I'm full of misfits and misgivings. I am whimisical, a big dreamer, and a sucker for all things romantic.
Currently studying in Temasek Poly, Communications & Media Management. I love good writing, have a penchant for music and clumsy dancing, good musicals and all that jazz. And I also have a soft spot for cats.
